Participate in FREE work-oriented language training for newcomers
Upcoming OSLT Courses/Modules
Courses are offered in blended or online formats. All courses/modules are faculty-led regardless of the format of delivery.
Blended Courses
Blended courses integrate virtual or in-person classes with online activities. Virtual courses can be taken from anywhere in Ontario. Courses are a total of 140 or 180 hours and are delivered over 10–18 weeks, part-time or full-time. Virtual courses can be taken from anywhere in Ontario.
Online Modules
Online modules are typically six weeks in length (40 hours) and offer a combination of group and individual online activities. These online modules can be taken from anywhere in Ontario.
Post-OSLT Courses
OSLT also offers 40-hour online courses (8 or 10 weeks) on how to write professionally in the business, health sciences or technology sectors in Ontario. These courses are intended for participants who have successfully completed the relevant OSLT course or module.
